Chaotic picks up where Lunatic leaves off. This is not a standalone, and to really understand the characters and who they are, you should read Lunatic first. Zain has bipolar disorder and Chloe/Jessica DID (dissociative identity disorder). In Chaotic we get to delve deeper into their disorders and their relationship. We also get to see the onset of Chloe/Jessica’s DID and how Jessica came to be. It’s very hard to talk about this book and the story without giving away spoilers, but I can say it is wild ride. A lot happens and it’s a quick read. This book deals with disturbing and traumatic situations and heavy topics and is not for the faint of heart. Chaotic is a wild ride that takes you on a journey with these complicated and complex characters!
