After all we have seen of Jaguar and what he does and goes through in previous books, I wasn’t sure what to expect in his story. His presence in previous books was filled with difficulty and hardship. He treated Della terribly, betrayed the club and it was hard to imagine how he could come back from that and have his own story. I was braced for a really dark, twisted story with a lot of unpleasantness to match what we had seen of him in previous books.
Jaguar, in many ways, and despite feeling worthless, weak and undeserving is in my opinion one of the strongest of them all. He makes some decisions early on, and despite having doubts, never really wavers off path. Many of Hayley Faiman’s heroes struggle on their path to happy ever after and make choices along the way that set them back and create angst in their life and relationships. I loved this story because both Jaguar and Pammy have had very difficult lives before meeting.
This story brings a lot of emotions with it as you watch both Pamela and Jaguar having to overcome their damage from their previous lives and find their ways moving forward. UnCage me is filled with emotion, angst, romance, and surprising twists- it’s a great addition to the series and I absolutely loved it!

As an only child, Hayley Faiman had to entertain herself somehow. She started writing stories at the age of six and never really stopped.
Born in California, she met her now husband at the age of sixteen and married him at the age of twenty in 2004. After all of these years together, he’s still the love of her life.
Hayley’s husband joined the military and they lived in Oregon,where he was stationed with the US Coast Guard. They moved back to California in 2006, where they had two little boys. Recently, the four of them moved out to the Hill Country of Texas, where they adopted a new family member, a chocolate lab named Optimus Prime.
Most of Hayley’s days are spent taking care of her two boys, going to the baseball fields for practice, or helping them with homework. Her evenings are spent with her husband and her nights—those are spent creating alpha book boyfriends.
