This was a great ending to a great series!
I had been waiting for Lawrence’s story since the first time we were introduced to him! Lawrence has always been a mystery and learning that he has been married the past five years unbeknownst to his family kept his story very intriguing. I very much enjoyed Rory and him as a couple, and the suspense surrounding Rory and why she wasn’t fully enmeshed in Lawrence’s life was definitely dramatic and different and kept me reading to discover what would happen next.
This installment to the series was very different from the previous ones. I had been anticipating a lot more drama around their evil matriarch, but she makes only a rare appearance. I do wish we had spent a little more time with Rory and Lawrence when they first met and were married. This was a great ending to a great series!
