This was a fun, steamy, flirty enemies to lovers romance and I’m looking forward to reading Campbell’s story next!
Piper and Hollin have a lot in common- they both run in the same circle of friends and both have a passion for for their work – their vineyards. Piper’s father has always worked for Sinclair Vineyards and she has worked alongside him dreaming of one day taking over. Hollin moved to town several years ago and with the help of his Wright cousins, opened up his own vineyard. Piper and Hollin have been rivals both in business, but also with each other. Hollin is exactly the kind of playboy that Piper avoids, and Hollin has been interested in anything but a serious relationship, which is exactly what Piper is looking for.
I very much enjoyed this enemies to lovers romance, where at the start they can’t help but antagonize and push each other’s buttons. I loved that you get a little of this, but it wasn’t an entire book of them simply arguing or at each other’s throats. Some of it was playful and flirty bantering and fun to read. I loved seeing them get to know each other and how their relationship develops. Both of them make mistakes and have learning and growing to do. This was a fun, steamy, flirty enemies to lovers romance and I’m looking forward to reading Campbell’s story next!
