Diversion by Albany Walker

Albany Walker’s stalker hero’s seem to really be my thing. I loved Hudson(Iron) and Posey’s story. They grew up across the street from each other, Hudson was Posey’s brother’s best friend and used to spend a lot of time at their house. However, in recent years she has only seen him from afar but has had an attraction for him all this time. Hudson has always been attracted to Posey but has kept his distance. However, their paths cross again and Hudson’s attraction for Posey becomes even more of an obsession until he is stalking her.

I love Albany Walker’s writing style. Albany gives us really full, complex characters with a lot of depth to them. It feels like you are getting a glimpse into real people’s lives. I loved all the little details she brings to the story. Hudson was all alpha male- jealous, possessive, but also caring and protective. Exactly what I want in a fictional hero. Diversion is steamy, intense and so fun to read.

I can’t wait to see what we get next in this series of interconnected standalones!
