One Way Back to Me is the first book in The Wilder Brothers series. We first met the brothers in Inked Obsession, Eliza and Beckett, from the Montgomery Ink: Fort Collins series. I loved the brothers when we met them in this book so I was very excited to see them all get their own series! In the first of the series we have Eli and Alexis story. Eli and Alexis first met two years earlier at a wedding when they shared a dance and instant connection, but moments later Alexis boyfriend gave her a public proposal. It’s two years later and the the Wilder brothers have opened up their resort and are in desperate need of a wedding planner and in comes Alexis for an interview.

Eli and Alexis story was fun to read, I loved watching them connect and build on that connection. Alexis has been through a difficult time in the two years since she had last seen Eli so is slow to jump into anything, and complicating matters is her toxic ex making an appearance into her life. The only confusing part at first was that all the brothers have names that start with E which at first made it slightly hard to keep track of who was who. This story had a lot going on, setting up the future books and I can’t wait to read them all.
