Very fun and emotional love story! LOVED this.
Declan has always had a thing for his best friend’s little sister, Kendall. But the timing has never been right so he’s always just been her really good friend. Kendall has always felt like she is a little bit broken and has had a difficult time with commitment. She is finally set to marry, but on the day of her wedding, realizes she can’t do it and jumps in to go with Declan on his already planned road trip.
I will admit that I wasn’t so sure of this one. I’m not always fond of runaway bride books, and the way the very beginning is written, we are left a little out of the loop on why Kendall is making the decisions she is. However, I completely loved this book! It was actually a fun and entertaining story that I sailed through. I love books where we get to see the couple spend a lot of time together, getting to really know each other and falling in love, and you get a lot of that here. You also get a little of one of my favorite, but hard to find, tropes – amnesia! Nikki Ash is such a talented writer and Total Chaos exemplifies that. I loved reading this and it left me with a huge smile when I finished.
