Short but sweet romance!
May and Leo are loosely connected via the Montgomery’s and when they meet they have chemistry and attraction. Leo, though has a history of relationships not working out and is warned off by their joint friend. May has gone on lots of first dates, but has trouble getting a second and is losing hope on connecting with or finding someone special for herself. Both May and Leo are wonderful, caring and sweet people who really show this in how they care for and take care of the friends and family in their lives. There were some great comedic moments as we follow May along on some of these disastrous first dates, but also some really angsty, low moments as well. I loved how ultimately they find their way to Happy Ever After together.
