LOVED this installment!
After the ending we had with Frozen Hearts, I’ve been desperately awaiting this installment, Wicked Minds, and it doesn’t disappoint. Frozen Hearts was so dark and the bullying so intense that it was hard to imagine how these guys could turn things around or come back from it. I loved how we get to see the connections between Logan and Royce with Riley deepen as they really get to know each other during the course of this installment. Wicked Minds has a lot of steamy scenes with Riley and each of the guys but you all also see their connections deepen and grow during the course of the story. We also see Grayson struggle with everything he knows and doesn’t know as well as his own relationship with Logan and Royce as he starts doubting the things he thought he knew and believed in. Wicked Minds ends on an even bigger cliffhanger than we had in the first book and I can’t wait to see what will happen next and how everything will work itself out.
***Wicked Minds is the second book in the Halston U series and contains dark themes. Please check the front of the book for trigger warnings. It is highly recommended that you read the first book in this trilogy, Frozen Hearts, before starting into this one.
