LOVED Ava & Wyatt’s story!
I loved Ava and Wyatt’s romance! I both listened and read this one and couldn’t really put it down, so when I couldn’t read, because I was doing laundry or cooking, I immediately switched to the audio. The narrators were perfect for these characters. Wyatt was best friends with Ava’s husband until he had an affair with his wife. Now Ava and Wyatt are both divorced and still reeling from what happened. Ava is barely getting by since her ex wiped out her savings and a lot of her belongings. Wyatt runs into Ava at her work when she is at a particularly low point and loses her job. He steps in and offers employment that comes with a place to live.
I really loved reading how they come together and their interactions as well as reading and listening to Wyatt interact with Ava’s daughter, Faith. This was such a sweet romance, while also being emotional and angsty. Such a good read.
