The Path to You by Carrie Ann Ryan

This is a sweet and steamy romance. Bethany is a film star who had been at the Wilder Resort for an event and when things in her life go off track and she needs a place to get away, she heads there again. Only the thing is that one of the Wilder brothers, Everett, is someone she had met years ago and she is looking for answers from her about why she never saw him again after their first encounter.

Everett is one of the Wilder brothers, the CFO of their resort, and is dealing with a Traumatic Brain Injury which caused him to be medically discharged from the military. He lost some of his memory in that incident, which means he doesn’t remember meeting Bethany before.

I wasn’t sure what to make of this one at first, since I’m usually not the biggest fan of second chances with a long separation, nor for celebrities as one of the main characters, but this is so well written and such a good story that I loved it! We go through a lot of ups and downs with Bethany and Everett as they navigate their way to a Happy Ever After, and we also see the set up for the next book to come – which I can’t wait to read!
